Dinner with friends

She was so proud of herself!

Carson and his friend Matthew.

A moth I discovered that night out on our back patio. The post is about 4 inches wide.

We had our friends over for dinner because their daddy was away for the night as was ours. Madison's friend Abby used the highchair so Madison got to sit at the table like such a big girl. She loved it and wanted to sit there again the next night.

After dinner, I spotted the biggest moth that I have ever seen that did not have pins attached to it.

Snuggle Buddy

This is how Madison sleeps these days. She will not settle down until she has her arm around this baby. I have watched her crawl all over her bed looking for her baby to sleep with.

Our breakfast guest

Madison insisted that her baby have breakfast with her this morning. I don't think that she thought it was funny enough for me to take a picture of it but I could not help it!

The Bunny and the Puppy

I think the kids look so darn cute in their hooded towels. We also have a lion, a duck, and a flower.

Madison

I never, ever would have thought that I would end up with a child with blue eyes, let along two!

Madison's ornery smile.

It is so much fun to watch Madison play and learn. I always wonder what goes on in that little head of hers. It is such a joy to witness the advances in her thinking skills and in turn how she interacts with her environment. She is becoming quite a mischievous little girl!

Tractor Ride

Carson LOVES tactors, especially if they are pulling trailers. He calls this red ride on toy his tractor and is always looking for something to pull. This day he found his trailer. For most of the day he would pull Madison around in the trailer but for a split second, he wanted a ride. This, however, did not last very long. Not long after this photo, he was back to giving Madison rides all over the house. He is such a nice big brother!
