Rock N Roll Las Vegas

John and I ran in the Inaugural Rock N Roll Las Vegas 1/2 Marathon on Sunday. It was a chilly 34 degrees for the start of the race. The strip was completely shut down for it. It was so much fun! We were late due to the monstrous traffic and had a 1.5 mile run just to make it to the start line. It started and ended at Mandalay Bay. The race included the Running Elvi and a run through wedding at Paris. We were couch potatoes for the rest of the day. Today, we are soooo tired and sooo sore. I think I might be a couch potato for another day!

Leaf Jumping Party

We had Sarah, Matthew, and Abby over to rake and jump in the leaves. It is hard to believe that we were doing such a thing in December! The kids had a blast.

Our Trip Back Home
