This is the bookcase that John built for me. He finished it last night. I LOVE it! He did such a good job. It was originally intended for the office. Because of where the office is located in the house, we could not get the massive thing into the room. So, it is now in the living room nicely filling up a large void. This thing is so big. It is about 6 1/2 ft tall and close to 4 ft wide.
This is a close-up of the trim:

The bookshelf looks great! I really love reading the blogs and looking at the pictures. Thanks so much for keeping it up-to-date. The kids are growing up so fast. Carson is looking more grown up than last time we saw him, and Madison's hair is really getting long. They are both so very cute. We love you all!!!
Love, Kathy
